Plinth

● Acquired

A tall, sculptural form with a surface that seems to shift as light moves across it. Carved from a block of solid wood, the plinth is stained and finished in high-gloss lacquer to reveal the depth of its grain. It can stand as an object in its own right or serve as a pedestal.

Organic Pressure is carved from laminated solid wood, stained to bring depth and colour to the grain, then finished in high-gloss lacquer. Personal commissions can be explored in your preferred wood species and colour, or in another material where the form allows, with each combination considered for its character, availability and suitability for the design.
